Pause Account

Pause Account 

From the Subscription Settings page:

  1. Select the Subscription tab on the left
  2. Select Cancel Subscription 
  3. Select the Pause option
  4. Verify email and password
  5. Confirm

Paused accounts cannot create new sessions or recordings until the account is updated.

While paused, you still have access to the following:

  • Download, Transfer, Delete and Check Recordings
  • View Previous Sessions
  • Update Payment Info
  • View Account Ledger, Integrations, Webhooks, and more
