Pause Account
From the Subscription Settings page:
- Select the Subscription tab on the left
- Select Cancel Subscription
- Select the Pause option
- Verify email and password
- Confirm
Paused accounts cannot create new sessions or recordings until the account is updated.
While paused, you still have access to the following:
- Download, Transfer, Delete and Check Recordings
- View Previous Sessions
- Update Payment Info
- View Account Ledger, Integrations, Webhooks, and more
