How to redeem a Promo Code

New Customers

New customers can apply a promo code during account creation. On the Confirm Subscription modal, the promo code can be entered on the right-hand side under "Coupon Code". If the code is valid, you will see the value of the code display. 

Current Customers

Current customers can access their account and apply the code in their Settings under Subscription. 

  1. Click the Menu Icon in the top-left.
  2. Click Settings from the drop-down.
  3. Click Subscription in the left menu.
  4. Select Update Subscription and select the plan you would like to upgrade to.
  5. On the Confirmation Subscription modal, the promo code can be entered on the right-hand side under "Coupon Code". If the code is valid, you will see the value of the code display. Upgrade your plan and enter the code at checkout.
  6. Click Confirm Subscription.

One promo code can be used/active at a time.
