At SquadCast, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your subscription. If you choose to cancel, we will make sure that your service is active until the end of the current billing period (annual or monthly) during which you canceled. However, please note that we are unable to provide refunds for the active billing cycle in which a cancellation takes place. Additionally, unused recording time is non-refundable.
We want to make sure that you are able to manage your subscription and avoid any unnecessary charges. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the account holder to manage their renewal cycle and cancel accordingly. SquadCast will not reimburse or refund for unused recording time, unused accounts, or otherwise unneeded accounts. If you have an annual subscription and choose to cancel during the year's billing cycle, we will not be able to refund you for the remaining months or time of use.
Please note that SquadCast is a subscription-based service that is billed monthly or annually, depending on your subscription selection. In accordance with EU regulations, we will send multiple renewal reminders to the saved billing email via our payment provider before your subscription renews or trial ends. It is important for you to cancel before billing occurs to avoid any charges. Thank you for understanding.
