You will see this message when trying to link a Descript drive to a SquadCast organization when the drive is already connected to a SquadCast organization.
How to resolve this issue
There are two main ways to proceed if you encounter the above message:
- Do you have access to multiple drives? If so, you may be trying to link a different drive than you intended. Select the correct drive and re-try linking your accounts.
- If both the selected drive and organization are correct and one was accidentally linked to another drive or organization, please reach out to customer support for assistance.
